The longer I stay on this app, the more emotionally drained I feel. Repeating the same conversations and answering the same questions gets exhausting. I’ve started feeling numb, and even when someone seems genuinely serious, I don’t feel interested anymore. I think I need to take a break from this app and focus on myself. What’s meant for me will find me eventually in ways I dont expect it. -

I have a question for the people that have preferences for ethnicity. If someone outside your preference reached out to you and they were a respectable person with common interests, would you still turn them down or would you be willing to overlook it?

I feel like I really missed my shot, I really enjoyed getting to know a really nice guy last year but a few months in I was starting school and he was starting his job so it became harder to maintain long distance but he ended up saying we should reconnect in the future very maturely not disappearing he told me he wanted to give me his full attention and it wasnt possible with his transition and I was going through a change too. He would always reach out first, call first take initiative on everything, I also showed interest it wasn’t just one sided, we talked for around 3 months before taking time to focus on the transitions. After 10 months, a few days ago I decided to reach out bc I don’t think there is ever a good time but he didn’t read the message or respond I am still so sad as he was so amazing, respectful kind everything I ever wanted I wonder if it was too long or lowkey if there still a chance or completely over:( I think about him as never was he the type to ghost
