As Salaamu Alaykum sisters. Just a reminder that a lot of us brothers who have an ugly face are 💯% aware that we have an ugly face. We know that Allah didn’t give us a beautiful, handsome and an attractive face. You don’t have to rub it in and hurt our feelings and message us by saying, “it’s not gonna work, your face is just so unattractive”. We’re human too and have feelings as well, even though a lot of us may not show it. We see our reflection in the mirror everyday. Thats why a lot of us brothers focus on other things like the gym to perhaps improve ourselves.

Anyways, just unmatch us without saying anything, and if we’re too ugly, just block us so your day isn’t ruined. Thats all. Thank you.

I just want to remind people on here that are not looking for something that leads to marriage and looking for “casual dating”, “short term relationship”, “intimacy before marriage” - do us all a favour and delete this app or pause the marriage part of this app, because you may enjoy using Jamaa lol.

I would highly recommend you then go to the App Store/google play store and search “dating app” and you will see so many other apps that you can download that are better suited for your current situation. Heck feel free to add other worse into the search bar if you are looking for a specific type of dating - the world is your oyster after all. You will then have access to a wider pool of people who will be in the same boat/mind frame thus will help you be a step closer to your goal - whatever that is. So if you want to go down the more haram route - you are welcome too because your lack of consideration towards people who are genuinely wanting to do this halal way is not nice.

I have heard stories of men pushing the whole “getting intimate before marriage” nonsense into women, and women wanting to go away on holidays etc with men and setting expectations of being a girlfriend before a wife it makes no sense lol 😂

I say this because many people including myself are having their time wasted and some of us are not getting younger (me! lol) plus it is only making the experience on here worse.

I think we all need to to mentally be in a space where we want to get married and for some, it seems that those individuals are not there yet and if that is the case that is fine - just don’t drag others along.

حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكيلُ
HasbunAllahu wa ni'mal wakeel
"Allah (Alone) is sufficient for us
and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs."
لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ
La Hawla Wala Quwwata Illa Billah
"There is no might nor power except
with Allah.
رَبِّ إِنَّى لِمَا أَنْزُلْتَ إِلَىَّ مِنْ خَيْرِ فَقِيرٌ
Rabbi inni lima anzalta ilayya min khayrin faqeer
"My Lord! Truly, I am in need of whatever good that You bestow on me!"
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنَّى كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
La ilaha illa Anta Subhanaka inni Kuntu Minaz-zalimin
"There is no deity except You; exalted are You.
Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers.

Turn to Allah in every situation. He is the Strongest Support and the Most Merciful.
