What keeps a marriage alive is not perfection, but:
Forgiveness – letting go of mistakes and not replaying every hurt.
Communication – speaking honestly, listening deeply, and clarifying instead of assuming.
Acceptance – respecting each other’s nature and flaws rather than trying to redesign the other.
Reassurance – showing, “I am here, I choose you, we’ll work through this.”
Some women are weak in communication and strong in assumptions; their hearts need safety, not blame. A good man apologises when he hurts her, invites her to share what she felt, and listens without ego. When she feels safe, she can admit her mistakes, explain herself, and slowly learn to communicate better.
