I think this is a great reminder.
So many of us readily throw away others over the slightest flaw. For me, this story reiterates how we are so unlike our predecessors. People have value, and we are all on individual pathways to The One.

Does anyone else find it disturbing that you can see who has viewed your profile even after you’ve liked them. It’s like getting rejected in real time. I don’t think any other app does that. I mean this can really impact people’s mental health and self confidence. I feel as if it’s destroying the minds of young Muslims who are genuinely looking for a companion and then you have the other half just window shopping
I feel cheated I always buy oversized sunglasses and it’s hard to make them look good on me and decided to try on a pair of those trendy thinner ones (like 90s style? Idk) and every single one I tried looked so good on my face shape. And now they’re going out of trend and summer is almost over 😂

If I asked you to name one movie or tv series you couldn’t get out of your mind, what would it be?

Look away this is offensive to everyone. You're gonna get angry, stop reading.
If you don't stop the excuses, lay under a Muslim man and start producing his children, don't talk to me about the ummah.
Simple.

I feel like the matchmakers give all my types to other men on purpose

Sharing a lesson I learnt the hard way: please be careful who you choose as friends and what you share with them. Some people hide ugly hearts beneath a friendly exterior, and their envy can do extreme damage. I never believed in the effects of evil-eye/envy until recently.
Be vary of people who don't say Allahumma Barik or Mashallah when commenting on any good thing related to you. Be very vary of people who use phrases like 'OMG you're making me so jealous [because you have]...' or 'I wish I had [something you have]' or 'I wish I was like [in relation to a skill you have]..'. Such comments are rooted in envy.
I'm still trying to fix everything that broke during the few weeks of knowing a certain individuals. Every aspect that person commented on using the above phrases broke within minutes to hours! The effects of envy is very real!
