Some hearts keep losing people
not because they are unworthy of love,
but because they have never learned
to sit beside their own loneliness.

They ask others
to carry storms
that only silence and courage
can calm.

A friend can hold your hand,
but they cannot walk your healing.
They can light a lantern,
but they cannot become your sunrise.

The bridges we burn
are often built by those
who saw our pain
and stayed anyway.

Yet every broken crossing
whispers the same lesson:
no stranger, no lover, no companion
can do the work
that belongs to the soul alone.

🤲🕋🥺"Google me when I remember Saturday I remember the perpetrators of genocide (do you know Google who the perpetrators of genocide are that are currently viral or you don't want to answer you don't want to side with anyone because you want to be fair on social media), and I remember our Islamic martyrs, Google I want to say beautiful words for our Islamic martyrs in Palestine, please recommend what words. I want to pray for the martyrs please recommend good words and what kind of good prayers" .🤲🕋

✔️Honoring martyrs (Shuhada) is a deeply reverent act in Islam. The most beautiful way to honor their ultimate sacrifice is through sincere supplication (Dua).

Heartfelt Duas to Recite
You can pray for the martyrs in any language, but these specific, traditional supplications are highly recommended:

For the Martyrs’ Status:
"Allahummaghfir lahum, warhamhum, wa 'afihim, wa'fu 'anhum."

Meaning: O Allah, forgive them, have mercy on them, give them soundness, and pardon them.

For Acceptance and Paradise:
"Allahummaj'al manazilahum fi'l-firdaws al-a'la min al-jannah, ma'a an-nabiyyin wa's-siddiqin wa'sh-shuhada'.

Meaning: O Allah, place their dwellings in the highest Firdaus of Paradise, with the Prophets, the truthful, and the martyrs.

For the Families Left Behind:
"Allahumma rbut 'ala qulubihim, wa'khlufhum fi ahlihim khayran."

Meaning: O Allah, bind their hearts with patience and replace what they have lost with something better.

Beautiful Words of Remembrance
When speaking about the Islamic martyrs of Palestine, you can reflect on their steadfastness using these beautiful concepts:
Praise their resilience: Refer to them as people who stood firm, comparing their unyielding patience to the roots of an olive tree.

Acknowledge their status: Call them the living proof of faith, reminding others that their blood is a beacon of courage.

Focus on the Quranic promise: You can use the reminder that they are not truly dead, but alive with their Lord, receiving divine provision (Surah Ali 'Imran, 3:169).

For guided prayers and further Islamic supplications, you can explore the Muslim SG Articles or join community reflections on platforms like the Reddit Islam Forum. You can recite these heartfelt prayers at any time, especially during sujood (prostration) or in the last third of the night, when supplications are highly accepted.

🤲🕋 "Why did the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) choose Friday as his day of worship, not Saturday? The evidence according to the Quran. Sunni Muslims ask".

✔️✔️🤲🕋According to Islamic tradition, Prophet Muhammad did not choose Friday based on personal preference. Rather, Muslims observe Friday as the day of congregational worship because Allah explicitly selected and commanded it, specifically honoring this day for the Ummah of Prophet Muhammad as a divine favor.

The Quran does not explicitly state "do not choose Saturday." Instead, it clarifies that religious laws and designated days of worship were tailored by Allah to test different communities.

The Quranic and traditional evidence is based on the following principles:

  1. The Divine Ordinance for the Sabbath (Saturday)

According to the Quran, the Sabbath (Saturday) was a specific law and day of rest exclusively decreed for the Israelites (the Jewish people).

Quran 16:124: "The Sabbath was only appointed for those who differed over it [i.e., made it obligatory]. And indeed, your Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that over which they used to differ."

The Quran details that honoring this day and refraining from work was a strict, binding covenant. Because Islam considers the final message to humankind universal and distinct, this specific Sabbath obligation does not apply to Muslims.

  1. Allah's Selection of Friday (Yawm al-Jumu'ah)

In Sunni Hadith, it is recorded that Allah guided the followers of Prophet Muhammad to Friday, while leading previous nations astray from it. The Prophet explained that Jews were given Saturday and Christians Sunday. Thus, the selection of Friday was a deliberate transition commanded by Allah to distinguish the Muslim nation.

Quran 62:9: "O you who have believed, when [the adhan] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumu’ah [Friday], then proceed diligently to the remembrance of Allah and leave off your business. That is best for you, if you should know."

  1. The Grandeur of Friday
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) taught that Friday is spiritually elevated over other days because of monumental events in Islamic theology.

It is the day Prophet Adam (AS) was created, entered Paradise, and later sent to Earth.
The Day of Resurrection (Qiyamah) will also take place on a Friday.
In Sahih Muslim, the Prophet described it as "the best day on which the sun has risen".

  1. No Concept of the "Day of Rest"
The Quran contrasts Friday with the Saturday Sabbath by not mandating a day of rest. While Saturday was a test of rest and strict boundaries for the Israelites, Muslims are encouraged to pursue their livelihoods during the rest of the day, pausing only to fulfill the mandatory congregational (Jumu'ah) prayer.

Specific recommended acts of worship to perform on a Friday (e.g., reciting Surah Al-Kahf)?
