Me and my friend (of course a girl 😂) were talking about how much we've been spending on fruit lately. I showed her my receipt from what I bought 3 days ago, then had to show her today's shopping too. She was like, "Girl, why so much?"😂 I had to explain that I was shopping for two families - mine, and one of my neighbours (she had a fall so I've been helping her with errands). So when you split it between us, it really isn't that much!

She showed me her shopping too and said she had to get it delivered because it was way too hot and she didn't have time after work. I honestly wish she lived closer so I could just buy it and drop it off at her house🥺☹️

I've had bad experiences with delivery services sending rotten fruit and veg, so I much prefer buying it myself. Plus, food shopping is a type of shopping...and I love shopping😭😂 I get to pick and choose exactly what I want, Alhamdulillah.

I don't even think I buy that much. 🤔 That's without oranges, tangerines and grapes. If the fruit looks good in the shop, it's coming home with me, Alhamdulillah😂🙈. Summer berries are finally here and we have to make the most of them🍓 Plus, I've been craving strawberries and bananas with melted chocolate😍🍫

I usually spend around £15–£30 on fruit for two families during my weekly (or every other week) shop.

So I'm curious (curiosity killed the cat😭):

1. How much do you spend on fruit and veg each week?
2. Do you prefer buying it yourself or getting it delivered?
