I think it's less about the ritual itself and more about what it teaches you. The moments you spend alone in silence, reflecting and being honest with yourself, are often the ones that change you the most.

I just met someone yesterday and he keeps changing statements about being married. One occasions he said it was a girlfriend, on his profile he says divorced. He said gf yesterday on text, today he’s saying it was a wife. He keeps confusing me. Should I continue with someone who is a potentially a liar?
