This is a message for the brothers out there but even the sisters. Know that you are loved, know that you matter in this life and you can all make a change.

I know lots of guys and some girls struggle to express their emotions and feelings but if you don’t have anyone to express them to I hope you can express them in your alone time with Allah❤️

Just know there’s no shame in feeling.. we are humans after all. All different yet all bleed the same way. You being here matters , you probably don’t know but you probably have made a change in someone’s life weather that’s by praying for them, smiling at someone when they needed, saying a kind word, being understanding and patient. All this matters.

We need to show more love to those we have and to those who need it.

I am personally going through a lot of hardships right now you wouldn’t believe all the things that happened so quick. But knowing my family is healthy and my hope and faith is still with me is what keeps me here. I know there’s other people going through other things who might feel so alone because they have no one to ask for help or talk to about this..just know Allah knows everything and tests his strongest soldiers.
