Apparently there’s a popular post on twitter which says this man wins a whole basket of YSL makeup and skincare which is worth more than 50k at work and he handed it to his female coworker instead of giving it to his wife at home whos taking care of their son????
What’s your views on this🙄

If I meet a man, here or out of this App and he doesn’t ask me to get off the App, God it would be very hard for me to respect him or take him serious.

Why do women stay here clearly writing they are committed or found their man? How does their man thinks its okay for her to interact with all these random “BROTHERS” (Fake as hell!)

Echo Chambers Or Healthy Discussion?

Views on the recent platform update… the ability to hide comments from your own posts. Personally, I think it’s an L move from Shaz, not a W.

I understand there are situations where hiding comments is absolutely justified. If someone is causing fitnah, being abusive, posting indecent content, or deliberately derailing a discussion, then fair enough. Nobody should have to host that on their own post.

But for everyday disagreements? I think it’s a step in the wrong direction. Wasn’t this platform built around engagement? Around discussion? Around Muslims exchanging ideas, challenging one another respectfully, and learning from different perspectives?

Social media should encourage meaningful interaction, not make it easier to curate an audience that only agrees with you. That’s how echo chambers are created. Growth rarely happens when we’re only exposed to opinions that mirror our own.

Real life doesn’t come with a “hide comment” button.

Your spouse won’t always agree with you.
Your friends won’t always agree with you.
Your colleagues won’t always agree with you.

Healthy relationships are built by learning how to communicate through disagreement with adaab, patience, and emotional maturity, not by making opposing views disappear.

Some updates genuinely improve a platform.
For me, this isn’t one of them.

What do you all think? Is this a positive feature, or are we slowly creating spaces where disagreement is quietly filtered out?

Many men are ready for marriage, but the type of wedding our ladies want is what's stopping a lot of Men.
Most ladies has attended big weddings, or watched some online and now they want such or something close.
A very simple Nikkah will really help make more marriage happen.
