I am a bit confused about these different fiqh/school of thought that we have, how did these came into existence and how does one differ from another? Also, how do you figure out which fiqh to follow?
Quran makes it clear:
"O you who have believed, it is not lawful for you to inherit women against their will.." (4:19)
Spread the word of GOD (The Quran), not the lies of Bukhari and Co.
I have never understood the urge some people have to insert themselves into every conversation. When two individuals are engaged in a discussion, abruptly jumping in with irrelevant comments, insults, or profanity is not participation,it is poor etiquette.
A difference of opinion is one thing; contributing noise for the sake of being noticed is another. If you have something thoughtful to add, by all means do so. If not, there is no obligation to occupy every space with your presence.
The ability to speak is common. The judgment to know when not to is far rarer.

Muslim must understand this.
Allah wants you to be kind, not nice.
Allah wants you to be patient, not passive.
Allah wants you to forgive, not forget.
Allah wants you to be stern, not oppressive.
Allah wants you to be humble, not self-hating.
