What is written for you will reach you, and what is not will never touch you.
And the greatest calamity is that you will meet the Angel of Death alone, and that you will never escape the agony of death, and that you will enter the grave alone, where you will see two dark blue-black angels who will sit you up forcefully and question you.
And that you will be resurrected for a tremendous Day, and that you will come before Allah alone, and He alone will question you, and you alone will meet Him. And that you will see the Fire as clearly as you see the full moon on a bright night.
So what have you prepared, O you burdened with many sins and little deeds?

Having to be reminded that I won't ever know as much or more than any born muslim ever sucks, too bad that thats the truth and theres no way around it.
Im obviously joking guys, reminds me of a conversation I had with a revert Scholar from Mexico and this guy is loaded with knowledge. Constantly translating texts, multiple ijazahs for like a single book each, studied in islamic university, traveled to study, been studying for 20 years but that all that doesnt matter because he'll try to advise people and hear
"Well you're name's Fernando what do you know?" 😆😆

Has any reverts experienced racism from born Muslims? Just my experience since converting 4 years ago but many born Muslim women have told me they could never marry a convert as their family would never accept it. Or just blatantly being rude questioning my knowledge and deen. I’ve experienced it at the masjid and even online on apps such as this one.
This Eid is 4 days not 3:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
“The Day of Breaking the Fast (Eid al-Fitr), the Day of Sacrifice (Eid al-Adha), and the Days of Tashreeq are our festival days, the people of Islam.”
📚 Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud.
Muhammad
Al-Shawkani said:
“This hadith is evidence that the remaining Days of Tashreeq after the Day of Sacrifice are also days of Eid.”
It is stated in Al-Muntaqa Sharh al-Muwatta:
“As for the Days of Tashreeq, they are the three days that follow the Day of Sacrifice.”
