Attitude so bad my parents are more worried about how I treat my husband, not how he treats me 😉

Finding a man who is right for us on this app is much harder than finding one in real life. It's very complicated and exhausting. It's difficult to introduce yourself to so many men in a single day.

As-Salāmu 'Alaykum wa raḥmatullāhi wa barakātuh, sisters and brothers. 🌸
Trust you all had a wonderful day today.
Can someone explain this app to me, because I'm genuinely confused. 😅
A brother sends me a message without even a simple "As-Salāmu 'Alaykum." So I asked him, "Aren't you a Muslim?"
His response?
"Do I look like a Christian to you?" 😭😂
Wallāhi, I was speechless.
Whether you're speaking to someone for the first time or not, giving salām is part of our etiquette as Muslims. It's a beautiful du'ā, an act of worship, and a way of spreading peace.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
"You will not enter Paradise until you believe, and you will not believe until you love one another. Shall I tell you something which, if you do it, you will love one another? Spread salām among yourselves."
So please, brothers and sisters, let's not let good manners disappear from our conversations. A simple "As-Salāmu 'Alaykum" costs nothing but carries immense reward.
Or am I overreacting? 🤭
