This is just my personal opinion, and I fully respect that others may see it differently.

Personally, I think having more than one wife is overrated. If you have genuine compatibility, mutual respect, and deep love with one person, I believe one wife is enough. I’ve always believed in the idea of true love or finding the person you’re meant to build a life with, and that’s something I value very highly.

I understand that in some cultures and religions, including Islam, polygyny is permitted under certain conditions. I respect that, and I don’t judge people who choose that path. At the same time, for me personally, I don’t think it would be right. I feel that my heart would rather be fully devoted to one wife, and I think that kind of exclusive commitment is what I would want in my own marriage.

Again, this isn’t a criticism of anyone else’s beliefs or choices. It’s simply my own preference and the kind of marriage I hope to have.

I know I hurt you, and I'm truly sorry. If I could turn back time, I would choose your smile over my mistake every single time. Please don't let one wrong moment erase all the love we've shared. Forgive me, give us another chance, and let me prove that my actions can heal what my mistake has broken. I still choose you, today and always. ❤️

Death

“Sufficient is death as a preacher.”

Luqman said to his son:
“O my son, do not delay repentance, for death comes suddenly.”
(At-Tawbah by Ibn Abi Ad-Dunya)

A man said to Zuhayr ibn Naʿeem:
“O Abu ʿAbd al-Rahman, do you advise anything?”
He said: “Beware that Allah takes you while you are in a state of heedlessness.”
(Sifat al-Safwah)

Khalīd al-ʿAṣrī said:
“All of us are certain of death, yet we see no one preparing for it. And all of us are certain of Paradise, yet we see no one working for it. And all of us are certain of Hellfire, yet we see no one fearing it!

So what are you delaying for? And what are you waiting for? Death? It is the first visitor upon you from Allah — either with good or with evil. So, O my brothers, march to your Lord with a beautiful journey.” [Sifatu as-Safwa by Ibn Jawzī 2/144]

May Allah forgive us all Muslims and make all our affairs easy and give us all Husna khatama (good ending) …Ameen
