Feeling for today
It’s confusing how some men say they want a decent woman, but get upset when she actually has boundaries.

Boundaries are part of what makes her decent.

Please choose the kind of woman that aligns with you, but don’t try to change someone just to fit your desires.

So, what exactly do you like being here or collecting WhatsApp numbers that you got guys?! 🙄🤔

IMO

  1. employers use policies like hot-desking and open-floorplan offices for psychology-motivated reasons

  2. hot-desking and/or open-floorplan offices can be more detrimental to neurodivergent workers than neurotypical workers (to be clear these policies are detrimental to all workers)

  3. #1 is a factor in RTO mandates

  4. hot-desking and open-floorplan offices are actually detrimental to workers' mental health and productivity, IMO open-floorplan offices are particularly detrimental to everyone's ability to do focused work (let alone achieve a flow state)

Alhamdulillah I am a cubiclecel, as an ADHD-haver, it would be an absolute nightmare to work in an open-floorplan office.
