I've found some of the comments here really intriguing. What I'm about to say is just an opinion, not a generalization, so take it for what it's worth.
If you're a woman of marriage age and you're still single, I think it's worth asking whether your own choices or expectations have played a role in not finding a suitable partner. We all have some responsibility for the outcomes in our lives, and relationships are no exception.
The same applies to men too. This isn't about blaming one gender over the other; it's about recognizing that self-reflection is important, and that we all have a role in the relationships we build or don't build.

Generational trauma
I'm aware everyones upbringing is different and it also depends on many factors, however unfortunately some within our generation upwards may have suffered more from this type of trauma than others. Usually it could be due to cultural perspective by our parents and elders, lack of understanding of west vs east differences or just parenting they way they were taught.
To those who have experienced it, how have you healed if you were affected by it, or how have you broken the cycle?
