Assalamualaikum. I've been stress eating like crazy the past 3 months [dealing with major problems] and gained weight > I'm trying to lose it but exercising isn't an option for now due to a back injury and debilitating pain. I'm cutting down carbs [focusing on proteins and veggies and just a bit of carbs] but I'm always hungry, plus when I'm really stressed I crave carbs and sugar. Any advice on a meal plan that will actually make me full [I eat 2 meals a day] and helps reduce munching and sugar cravings? Any safe appetite suppressant/calorie burning supplements that actually work? Thank you!
