All things marriage

I know of a man going through a divorce. He married a model and she’s beautiful.
1st mistake.
2 children later she’s taking off for days. Disappeared for a week with God knows who doing God knows what. She needs constant validation and praise so she goes out to find it.

Is drinking heavily etc. i can imagine there’s postpartum happening but building a life based on superficiality can be difficult, especially when you feel it’s fading.

Moral of the story: Looks won’t raise your children. Choose wisely!

Dear Future Wife,

I do not know who you are or where you are, but I pray that Allah writes this message for the woman who is truly meant for me.

I joined this platform simply to make an effort. Ultimately, hearts are in Allah's hands, and I ask Him to bless me with a righteous companion who will help me grow closer to Him and walk beside me through this life and the next.

Life has already taught me that not everything goes according to our plans. I tried my best to make things work in the past, but not everything is meant to last. What I do know is that this life was never promised to be easy. There will be days of happiness and days of hardship, moments of strength and moments of weakness, times of abundance and times of struggle.

I cannot promise perfection. There may be days when I am tired, frustrated, or make mistakes. I may occasionally say the wrong thing or fall short of your expectations. But I can promise that I will always try to be better, always try to learn, and always try to return to what is right.

All I ask is that when those difficult moments come, you try to understand me before judging me, and stand beside me rather than against me. I will strive to do the same for you.

I want our marriage to be more than a partnership for this world. I want us to help each other reach Jannah. I want us to remind each other of Allah, encourage each other in worship, and support each other through every season of life.

One question I hope never disappears from our marriage is:

What can I do for you?

Because love is not only words. It is service, sacrifice, patience, mercy, and showing up for each other again and again.

If Allah blesses me with you through His words and His covenant, then I will remember that you are an amanah entrusted to me by Him. I want to meet Allah and His Messenger ﷺ with a clear conscience, knowing that I tried my best to be kind, fair, patient, and honorable with my family.

Life will pass whether we spend it arguing or loving. The days will move on regardless. So I hope we choose mercy over pride, understanding over assumptions, and patience over anger.

Neither of us will be perfect. We will both have flaws, weaknesses, and shortcomings. But if we can face life as a team, seek Allah together, and keep choosing each other through the difficult days, then that will be enough for me.

May Allah make us a source of peace for one another and unite us in this life and in Jannatul Firdaus.

If women are supposedly so sexually fluid(bisexual), why is polygamy still such a hard sell? If everyone gets along and nobody's forced into it, what's the problem? jealousy, power, or just not wanting to share?
