I finally deleted my Muzz profile because I started a relationship with someone I met here.
I joined Muzz in March, and since then, I've had both good and bad experiences. There were even times I had to delete the app temporarily because it became overwhelming.
I've matched with different calibers of people.
The ones who told me we couldn't work because they were older than me.
The ones who said we couldn't work because I'm not from their tribe.
The ones who said I don't own a car.
The ones who said I looked like a playboy.
The ones who said I looked like a heartbreaker.
Even the ones who said because I live in Ibadan, and Ibadan is a poor place compared to Lagos, we couldn't work.
And honestly, I never blamed any of them.
We all have our preferences, standards, and deal breakers. I strongly believe everyone should go for what they genuinely want.
But despite all that, I eventually met someone, and for the first time in a long while, I can genuinely feel the spark I've been looking for.
The picture below is a screenshot of what Muzz shows you when you're about to delete your profile after finding someone on the app. I found it quite interesting.
To everyone still searching, I sincerely pray you find what brought you here in the first place.
May Allah grant us spouses who will be the coolness of our eyes and bless our unions with barakah.
