So brothers and sisters, I had an amazing and interesting discussion with a brother yesterday about the regime in Afghanistan 🇦🇫 and their ban on women going to school after the age of 12.

We also discussed women working and going out, etc.

I asked him a question along the lines of,

"Do you think it is realistic for a Muslim woman born and raised in the west to suddenly go to a a place, like Afghanistan and accept the fact that they may well not be able to work and have their own money and so on and so forth?"

So to the sisters here, would you accept living in a country where you may or may not be able to work and girls beyond the age of 12 can't go to school? What do you think?

Just an update on my post from yesterday. Alhamdulillah, she reached out and we were able to connect. Unfortunately, the distance was a dealbreaker for her.
