Invest in a professional photographer and go outside and take some pictures of yourselves doing an activity or on holiday with some scenery. It shows your personality and is an indicator of effort. We spend money in other trivial stuff we don't even need, so why not spend a little in getting some good marriage profile photos?
The pictures from men (who've asked for advice on their profiles) /women are mainly zoomed in pictures showing their face only rather than head to toe, mirror selfies in the bathroom or bedroom, car or gym based selfies and pictures. These are pretty generic and of a poor quality
