Is it bad that I swiped the whole uk, and still couldn’t find anyone, currently operating in Europe 😂

To the guys that want their wives to live with their parents,

You need to understand two things. Thats fine but then islamically a wife isn’t obligated to look after your parents, if it’s your duty and you want to do it go ahead, but you shouldn’t expect it from her. However if a girl wants to please her husband and out of her goodness she wants to take care of them that’s really good, and inshallah I can do this in the future. But I am just saying her kids and husband come first for her.

Another thing, bc this is things I have seen a lot with fellow sisters people I know who have lived with in laws, they tend to get controlled my their in laws in certain things. And I understand as in laws treat her essentially like a daughter, but the conflicts rise bc people forget a wife only supposed to listen to her husband, she doesn’t have to listen to her parents or in laws after marriage. A wife only needs permission from her husband and she does not need it from anyone else. She shouldn’t be expected to ask permission from her in laws, or even to let them know where she’s going, if her husband already knows and has given her permission. And if you do see this you need to step in, bc it’s not fair for woman to deal with those circumstances even when they have decided to live with your parents. Remember it’s her Islamic right to ask for a separate accommodation, if she’s decided to compromise and live with in laws, do not exploit that
