You don't have to tolerate disrespect, to show people you can "handle" it without being hurt. It's impossible to fake feelings. Whatever you don't change, will continue. The truth is, when you tolerate disrespect, or their insults, you teach them to treat you that way. But hey, you are not worthy of the negativity people dish out today. You have fought so many silent battles, that came with special hidden victories, you deserve trophies for being so triumphant.

You don't have to be strong all the time. And no, you shouldn't be weak or stand back either. What I am trying to say is, consider the source. Remember all strength comes from Allah. Ask him to be strong for you, maybe you can direct the strength He gave you somewhere else. To whoever needs to hear an apology today, I am sorry, that they hurt you. The reality is that the right people wouldn't cause you so much pain.

Trust and believe, you can't change people, but you can change the people. Life is not meant to be easy. But never stop living and  just before you give up, I promise you, Allah is going to interrupt, indeed His power greater than you, and it will most definately guide you through.
