How many times do you chew your food before swallowing it ?
I tried the chew 20 times theory but tbh it doesn't work for all types of food. For example my chicken & mixed veg stir fry would become mushy at around 17 chew , whereas for each bite of apple it took 38x chewing!

I’m not a fisherman or anything but if loyalty is real then why is water used to cook fish?
