A little story: For the past three days, I've been secretly admiring someone but have been very afraid to initiate action. I've only been paying attention to them but haven't matched them. I've realized how far I'm from them.

Lillahita'ala, because I'm in awe of the beauty that God created within them. I have no desire to approach or possess them. I'm simply in awe.
And boom, last night he DM'd me. I was honestly shocked and trembling.

I didn't expect anything from him.
But perhaps God heard my prayer.

I don't want to expect too much from others. On the one hand, I'm happy. But I also have to be conscious of my self-control. Whatever the outcome, I surrender myself to ALLAH, Whether it's destiny or not, I will accept it wholeheartedly.
I'm sure ALLAH knows who's right for me.

A lot of people tend to forget victims of Domestic Violence can be MEN too.Regardless of gender, we must take a zero tolerance approach to DV. Brother should be given the confidence to report DV because you deserve justice too, and mosters that hurt you deserve to be in prison!

A wise woman who truely cares about you makes life easy for you. Maybe you don't believe in 50/50, rightly so, I don't either. The reality is, things don't always work out the way you want it to. Sometimes life will test you, and it may end up being 80/20 or 60/40. You never know what trials and tribulations have in store for you. All I am saying is be prepared. No matter what happens, in the right woman's eyes you will always be the protector, the leader and the head of the household. Remember weak times, don't make you less of a man. It just makes you strong enough to go through it, 10 ten times over.

You see, a woman that really cares, actually considers where the money is coming from, rather than over demanding it from you. Some women willingly contribute when you aren't able make the cut, without making you feel incapable or emasculating you in anyway.

I can't speak for all the women. But I can speak for myself. Most men think women want to be independent. The thing is, I deeply don't want to be, all I want is to be is feminine and fragile. But to be honest, I genuinely would do anything to help him, so I can proudly carry his pain. It's all about being a team and stepping in for each other. Sometimes helping him walk, looks like being his crutch to lean on.

A women who understands, listens, she stays up with you to figure things out, encourages, acknowledges, and stands by you every step of the way. Even if she has no clue, she comforts you. Remember choose a woman who doesn't pressure you, but who will carry the weight of this life with you. Just because you are a man, doesn't mean you need to carry they heavy weight of this life alone.
