The Du‘ā for Greeting a Haji Upon Their Return
Abdullah ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنهما reports that Rasúlullãh ﷺ said the following to a returning Haji:
قَبِلَ اللهُ حَجَّك، وَغَفَرَ ذَنْبَكَ، وَاَخْلَفَ نَفَقَتَكَ
“Qabilallahu hajjak, wa ghafara dhambak, wa akhlafa nafaqatak.”
Translation: May Allah accept your Hajj, may He forgive your sins and may He replace your expenditure.
[Kitabud Du’a of Tabarani, Majma’uz Zawa'id]
That is a deeply heavy and painful reality. It cuts straight to the core of how emotional neglect hurts, especially coming from someone you raised. 💔
Someone said, never stop praying. Sometimes Allah answers in ways we 'd never expect.
Sometimes what makes the heart tired is not because life is too hard, but because we are too far from remembering Allah.
We are busy seeking peace from many things in the world, even though true peace is born when the heart returns close to Him.

(Qur'an 20:25–28) Begin this day by seeking Allah's guidance, wisdom, and ease in every matter. May He open our hearts, bless our efforts, and grant us success in this life and the Hereafter. Ameen 🤲✨
