I advice those people to become unconditional servants of Allah spreading truth whatever their own Here-After will be. Why? That's the trick. Allah might do something you will never expect. That's the only clue i will give. It's about sincerity to Allah. May peace be upon the sincere believers😊❤️
Helping someone with their work will never take away your own livelihood. If that ever happens, the flaw is either within the system itself or in your own lack of self-development.
Rest assured, whoever helps others, God will open new doors of opportunity for them ❤️

The Sunnah of meeting a Haji
Abdullah Ibn Umar رضي الله عنه narrates that Rasùlullah ﷺ said,
When you meet a Haji, (upon his arrival) greet him and shake his hand and request him to seek forgiveness for you, before he enters his house, for his prayer for forgiveness is accepted since he is forgiven by Allah for his sins.”
