Healing my nervous system was the best thing i ever did for myself. If you find yourself being reactive, dysregulated - might be a sign to do some work on yourself ..

Ohhh and be sure you dont have toxic people and environments ,that may possibly be contributing aswell!

Some ways i did this-:

  • -reconnecting with Allah and prayers on a deep level
  • -therapy/ EMDR
    -journaling
  • -not attaching my worth to anything or anyone that doesn’t align with my values
  • -eating better and movement
  • -saying no more and putting myself first
  • -ending decades of people pleasing
  • -cutting out toxic people
    -changing jobs
  • -doing things i enjoy /being creative
  • -spending more time in nature
  • -supplements

With these 9 days of dhul hijja.. fasting and working out.. just not sure when is the best time to exercises, I have been working out 30minutes before iftar. Please advice on the best time and why.
