So it turns out the fastest way to lose weight is to get food poisoning…… I’ve dropped from 54.7kg to 52.2kg (2.5kg) in just 10 days….. 😳😳

Feeling quite weak tbh. Hoping I haven’t lost that much lean muscle mass… but I probably have 😭. Was on a roll with fitness before this… InshaAllah I can get back soon…

Any recommendations for running/jogging trainers please?
I suffered quite badly with shin splints recently and someone mentioned my trainers might have contributed to it.
