Whether you're into workouts, sport nutrition, or mindfulness, let’s help inspire and empower each other. Sweat, eat well, and thrive together 💪
A surprising number of bad moods, anxious thoughts, and mental spirals lose their power after 20 minutes outside.
Not because your problems disappeared.
Because your nervous system stopped treating them like emergencies.
Sunlight. Movement. Fresh air.
Three things humans evolved with and modern life quietly took away.
Go for a walk. Your brain will thank you for it.
Well truth be told, i’m disappointed.
I joined this group for the visual content of men lifting weights but there’s barely anything?? please do better and start posting
Help a sister out!
I do deadlift. It is super slow because I have hurt my dominant side (wrist, shoulder, knee and ankle). I am clumsy, I know.
I don’t want to stop, but I don’t want to make it worse.
Any and all advice is appreciated.
When was the last time you took a break (a month or longer) from gym. And why?
I messed up my facet joint once and had to take a break. Only for my PT to tell me that I don’t have to.
Men reset their hormones every 24 hours, keeping them relatively stable. Women operate on a 28-day cycle where brain chemistry changes weekly. In fact, science shows women only get about 3 to 5 days a month where hormones peak perfectly and they feel 100% balanced. The rest? It’s a biochemical roller coaster. It’s not drama or an attitude, it’s literally biology. 🧬🩸

Well well well, who knew that Botox is suggested for Migraines, if you suffer from this more the. 12-15 times a month.
Available via referral through the NHs.

Dr Adnan Azad (MD, MPharm) on Instagram: "If you suffer from migraines, you need to hear this. When most people hear Botox, they think cosmetic. But Botox is one of the most effective treatments available for chronic migraines — and most people who suffer with them have never been told about it. Chronic migraine means 15 or more headache days per month, with migraine symptoms on at least 8 of those days. For people in that category who have tried and failed at least three preventive treatments, Botox is approved on the NHS as a treatment option through specialist referral. The treatment involves 31 small injections across the forehead, temples, back of the head, neck, and shoulders — repeated every 12 weeks. It works by blocking the release of neurotransmitters involved in carrying pain signals, interrupting the migraine pathway before it reaches the brain. In the PREEMPT clinical trials involving 1,384 patients, 70% of those treated with Botox had their headache days reduced by more than half after 12 months. That is 50% fewer migraines. The average patient had a reduction of 8 headache days per month after two treatment cycles. Side effects are generally mild and temporary — most commonly soreness at injection sites and occasional eyelid drooping that resolves within days. If you have been living with chronic migraines and nothing has worked so far — tablets, triptans, lifestyle changes — ask your GP about referral to a headache specialist. Botox is not just cosmetic. For chronic migraine sufferers, it can be life-changing. Send this to someone who suffers with migraines. ⚠️ General information only. Individual medical decisions require professional assessment.
