Maybe build a payment processor that isn't Visa, Mastercard & AMEX.
(British and European govs currently looking into an escape from the monopoly)

Fun fact: The reason why Visa and MasterCard are the biggest and the only processors in the game. They basically either paid everyone off or bought others entering the market out.
