I think there is an Oedipus complex for women, too 🤔. They subconsciously want to kill their mother and marry their father. That's not as bad as it sounds, yet it is. Men today want to be the father figure in the household. They want to be the the steady, wise, and guiding hand of a father. Women are right to seek the man who is patient and responsible, like their father. The issue is, men today just can't be like your father. Times have changed, and while we long to be that ideal man, we lack the means and stability to make it happen. We don't have the jobs your fathers had. We don't have the cars or the houses that your fathers had. The system has been rigged into holding us in poverty. It leaves us clinging to the edge of existence. Broke and broken. We are lost, alone, and afraid, yet your response is just to kick us while we're down. You mock us for not living to your ideal, for not being as rich or as handsom as your father. Women often unmatch without any explanation, even right after a simple hello. It makes me wonder what is actually happening on the other side of the screen. Cultural barriers are real, especially when one person is raised in the West and one is raised in the East - despite the prevalence of social media. Do not kid yourselves or trick yourselves into thinking that you guys are on the same page.

Why do Desi men age so badly yikes…. Any Desi man on this app over 31 looks atleast 40 and not in a good way. I feel like white older men age better with the whole silver fox thing going on. But Desi men? Yikes.
