The Importance of Sincerity

Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه reported:
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
The Martyr Who Sought Recognition
“The first of people against whom judgment will be pronounced on the Day of Resurrection will be a man who died as a martyr. He will be brought, and Allah will make known to him His favors and he will recognize them.
Allah will say: ‘What did you do with them?’
He will say: ‘I fought for Your sake until I was martyred.’
Allah will say: ‘You have lied. Rather, you fought so that it would be said: “He is courageous,” and it was said.’
Then it will be commanded that he be dragged on his face until he is cast into the Fire.
The Scholar Who Sought Praise
Then a man who acquired knowledge and taught it, and recited the Qur’an, will be brought. Allah will make known to him His favors and he will recognize them.
Allah will say: ‘What did you do with them?’
He will say: ‘I acquired knowledge and taught it, and I recited the Qur’an for Your sake.’
Allah will say: ‘You have lied. Rather, you acquired knowledge so that it would be said: “He is a scholar,” and you recited the Qur’an so that it would be said: “He is a reciter,” and it was said.’
Then it will be commanded that he be dragged on his face until he is cast into the Fire.
The Generous Man Who Sought Reputation
Then a man whom Allah had given wealth and all kinds of property will be brought. Allah will make known to him His favors and he will recognize them.
Allah will say: ‘What did you do with them?’
He will say: ‘I left no path in which You love wealth to be spent except that I spent in it for Your sake.’
Allah will say: ‘You have lied. Rather, you did so that it would be said: “He is generous,” and it was said.’
Then it will be commanded that he be dragged on his face until he is cast into the Fire.”

I believe a relationship is built not only on attraction or conversations, but on sincere intentions, respect, and trust. I don't believe in time-passing or temporary connections. When I talk to someone, I do so with the intention of understanding them and with a serious purpose. People like that may be rare these days, but I always try to value the time and feelings of the person I'm talking to.
One thing I'd genuinely love for my future wife wearing an abaya or hijab on our nikkah and valima. I know it's her day too, so I'd never impose it. Just something close to my heart that I hope we can talk about openly.
Assalamualaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh.
Just a gentle reminder today to make duʿāʾ for our deceased family members those we knew and those we never met but who are part of our lineage and our blessings.
May Allah forgive them, expand their graves with light, shower them with His mercy, and elevate their ranks among the righteous. Also, remember to give sadaqah on behalf of your deceased loved ones those you saw and those you never saw.
Even a small charity reaches them as light, mercy, and ongoing reward.
May Allah accept from us. Ameen

Then I opened it and checked, it was from Mmaiya.😭❤️ MashaAllah, our friendship has been going strong for 9 years now, Alhamdulillah.🥺❤️
