As a man, the hardest thing I had to do 2 years AFTER a breakup from a very intense & committed relationship- was to sit with myself, and finally say, "She wasn't my person." The dysregulation, and anxiety of dating a Narcissist makes you lose your mind and identity.

Why it took so long for this realization- I'm not sure. Perhaps, it took being around Believers and seeing what intentiality and peace actually feels like.
Fellas, when you can tell your "talking stage" person about your healing - cuff her asap.
Thank you @muzz

Treat everybody like a somebody. Even if they are a nobody.

The longer I stay here, the more I notice a psychological contradiction in some men who present themselves as very “Islamic,” yet behave in the opposite way, seeking temporary marriages or even long term partners mainly as a loophole to justify physical relationships.

It feels like a form of cognitive dissonance, where actions don’t align with beliefs, but are rationalized to reduce inner conflict.
So it makes me wonder, are you actually more afraid of social or legal consequences than of committing a major sin? I genuinely can’t wrap my head around that 😂

We suffer because we try to be part of people and places that don't value us ✨

I came on this app to find a wife but now I’m on here to see which woman not to marry. Low quality woman with such high standards. I’m traumatized.

The idols Ibrahim (AS) confronted were never wood and stone; wood and stone do not threaten anyone.

The danger was always the mob that protected them

The actual gods of every age are public opinion, the crowd, the unspoken expectation that you fall in step. Ibrahim (AS) was burned because his single sincere question collapsed their whole system.

Nothing about that has changed except the interface. The pressure now comes from comment sections, algorithms, account suspensions and the fear of being canceled. The same ignorance, running on engagement metrics.

Every prayer is an act of smashing idols. Turning toward the Ka'bah is a daily declaration that no human pressure outranks Allah.

The shape of the gods has changed, the instinct to surrender to them has not. The Qibla still asks the same question.

Not my words. Copied from bayyinah tv!

Feminism is a:
-women and men should have equal rights and opportunities

  • -people should not be discriminated against based on gender
  • -equality is important in work, education, society, and laws

someone didn’t know …. like me 🥹
I don’t really fit into any category 😂🤭but hurt men keep saying I’m a feminist🕵️

Maybe I should really become a feminist 🕵️

How much time does it take for people to change form good to bad or bad to good? Say if a person did something bad to you years ago and you cut all ties with him/her and you met this person again after few years and he/she looks different, has politeness in his/her speech and seems more kind etc. Do you think we should forgive them and start over or should we hold our grudge against them until they apologise and if they do apologise how exactly do you make sure it's an honest apology and not a trick to get you and what guarantee is there that he/she will not do it again?

People rarely see themselves as the villain in their own story.

The brain naturally protects the ego by rewriting memories, justifying actions, and shifting blame.

That’s why self awareness is rarer than intelligence.
