I am looking for advice regarding a refund issue. I ordered perfumes from Sapphire online sale last year and paid online. They later informed me that one parcel was damaged but after that I did not receive any refund. I have contacted them several times but there has been no proper reply. Its been a long time now and my money is still not returned even though I have full proof of payment and order details. If anyone knows how to handle this .please help.
