I want to create a job posting for a Marketing Manager at my interior firm. This job won't be salary-based; rather, it will be project-completion-profit-based. However, for the first three projects, the profit will be shared from early payments from the client. Actually, a broker type in a sense.
Do you have any other suggestions based on this? This firm is in Bangladesh.
