how are y’all dealing with the insane hunger after starting the gym?? 😭 i’ve never been a binge eater, i eat pretty wholesome foods, but ever since i started training i feel like i’m hungry every 30 mins. not even craving junk food, i just need to eat constantly. does this eventually calm down or will this be my new personality

Have any of you runners sprained your muscle?
How long did it take to recover?
It hurts to go downstairs.

What’s some stuff i can do to strengthen my knees?

My shins ache and my right knee is being a lil b. Nothing crazy but enough to annoy me. It’s not injured or anything. I’ve only been running more recently.

One of the most underrated forms of therapy is walking.

Not because it solves your problems.

Because it helps your nervous system stop carrying them all at once.

Every step creates a rhythm your brain understands. Left. Right. Left. Right.

You weren't designed to sit still with every burden.

You were built to move through them.
