So far it seems nearly impossible to find someone genuinely looking for marriage here. But I'll keep posting and praying to Allah that my person finds me. I do not judge by any physical or mental disability. I cannot relocate from western PA due to my career, but if there is someone out there that truly wants a husband, a home together, a family. Message me. Fakes and scammers will be blocked immediately so don't message me unless you are serious.
I'm audhd and I feel very lonely and sad. I feel lost. I have so much love and respect to give, but it never returns back. I'm in a dark place.
Salam, just sharing a great site for work/employment related difficulties anyone in this group may experience in terms of discrimination due to a disability etc. The site is workdisputes.co.uk Jzk

I live in my parents' house with my mum and dad, and my sister and my sister's husband. Everyone in my family has a job. The house has 4 bedrooms and I have my own double bedroom so there is enough space for my future wife should she want to move in with me.
Unfortunately, due to my learning difficulties I am not able to relocate very far from where I live. I will only consider relocating to an area that is close to my town.
I am fluent in English and I can talk pretty well. I'm sure you'll like the sound of my voice. I have a typical British Pakistani accent.

Awesome
Has anyone here hoped to find a spouse who understands or can support them with their needs?
I live with a disability, and sometimes I’ve thought to myself: I wish I could find my future wife who works in speech therapy, so she could help me and understand exactly what I go through.
Don’t get me wrong — I want someone who loves me for my heart, faith and character first. But it would be such a comfort if she had that knowledge and experience, so we could support each other easily.
Do any of you feel the same way — hoping to meet someone who can relate to or help with your situation? Would love to hear your thoughts.
Has anyone here worried about finding a spouse because of a disability or additional needs?
I have mild learning difficulties and hearing loss. I’ve worked for many years, live independently, and try not to let my disability define me, but I sometimes worry about being judged in marriage.
I’m currently getting to know someone and things are positive, but I still find myself comparing my journey to others and wondering if people will accept me.
I’d be interested to hear from anyone who has been through something similar and how they handled those feelings.
