Guys, I have social anxiety. I don't know how to speak much in public and I always keep thinking what people would be thinking about me, whereas I don't want to let people take anything from me, I don't understand this thing, I don't know if anyone has any solution, please tell me, because of this I am not able to go out much. And I always think negative things about myself.
