One of the most powerful pieces of advice I came across is this saying from Ibn Ata'illah رحمه الله:
"𝐃𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡 ﷻ."

Think about it.
Some people make you remember the dunya. Others make you remember Allah ﷻ.
Some people normalize heedlessness. Others inspire you to pray more, learn more, and become better.

The best companions are not necessarily the funniest, the richest, or the most popular.

They are the ones who, when you see them:

🤍 You remember Allahﷻ.
🤍 You feel motivated to improve yourself.
🤍 You become more conscious of your purpose.
🤍 You are encouraged to seek knowledge and do good.

And when they speak, they remind you:

"Fear Allah."
"Be patient."
"Trust Allah ﷻ."
"Do what pleases Allah ﷻ."

In a world where people influence us more than we realize, choose your companions carefully.

Because the people around you are often helping shape the person you are becoming.

اللهم ارزقنا الصحبة الصالحة التي تدلنا عليك وتعيننا على طاعتك.

O Allah, bless us with righteous companions who guide us to You and help us remain steadfast upon Your obedience. آمِيْن اللّهُمَّ آمِيْن 🤲🏻🥹

Some people don't see how much you do for them. They focus on what you didn't do, and no matter how much you give, it still feels like it's not enough. That's why you can't measure your worth through other people's expectations.

You've already made it through things you once thought would break you. That strength didn't disappear. It's still in you, even on the days your mind feels loud and heavy. Obstacles aren't here to stop you, they're proof that you're still moving, still growing, still refusing to fold.

When anxiety creeps in, remind yourself, not every thought deserves your trust. Take it one moment at a time. Breathe, reset, and keep going. Don't forget how far you've come. You're stronger than what you're facing and you'll get through it.

One thing I should truly be grateful for these days is when i can limit my phone use to just 4 hours a day!

Spending time walking in nature, reading books, and drawing lessons from events or the people we meet, and all of the good things ,
May we always find ways to be grateful every day 🌷

I don’t have anyone to support me, and I don’t have money. In my country there is serious hardship and conflict. Please consider being my sponsor. May Allah reward you greatly and grant you Jannah.

I truly have a strong desire to study, but I am facing very difficult living conditions and I urgently need help.

I am a Muslim student, and I am seeking knowledge in Islamic studies. My biggest dream is to become a scholar (‘Alim) and to teach others what I learn, inshaAllah. I want to use my knowledge to benefit the Ummah and serve people for the sake of Allah.

Please kindly look at my request with mercy and respond. May Allah bless you and reward you abundantly.

For those of you working in the early mornings: how do you manage your Isha’a and Fajr prayers? I have to be up at 4 AM for work and sleep early, after Maghrib.

Take a moment and see how far you have come. Life has tested you in ways that could have broken you. You felt pain. You faced hard days. You wanted to quit at times. Yet you kept going. You are still standing, and that matters more than you know. It is a gift. It is something worth appreciating. Make thankfulness a part of every day.💓
Alhamdulillah
