To me, a successful marriage is built on mutual respect, shared Islamic values, and continuous self-improvement. I am looking for a practicing partner who views marriage as a partnership to help each other grow in this life and the next. Let's skip the superficial small talk and focus on alignment in values and lifestyle goals. 🕌

Astaghfirullaha lil-mu’minina wal-mu’minat.

اللهم إن كان خيرًا لى فقرَبه إلى حَمَدم
Allahumma in kana khayran li, faqarribhu ilayya.

“If you love someone, love them in a way that pleases Allah. Do not let love become a reason to cross the boundaries that Allah has set. Guard your feelings with patience, pray for them in every goodness, and focus on improving yourself to become a better person.

True love is not only about possessing someone, but also about preserving honor, respecting feelings, and wanting the best for the one you love. If you are truly meant for each other, Allah will bring you together in a beautiful and halal way at the right time.” 🤍🌿

Surah Ar-Rum 21 :

And among His signs is that He created for you spouses from among yourselves, so that you may find tranquility and comfort in them. And He has placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed, in that are signs for people who reflect.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said to his cousin, Abdullah ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him):
"What has missed you was never meant to have reached you, and what has reached you was never meant to have missed you".

Salaam,
I make the same duaa at least 9 times a day for almost the last year. Sometimes I feel like I shouldn’t keep asking Allah SWT for it because if he wanted it to be mine then it would have happened already. Then I feel when I think like that that Allah SWT will think I’ve given up on him and that I don’t think he has the power to give me what I’m asking for and that I’m ungrateful. So, then I end up continuing to ask for it because I know Allah SWT is the one that put that duaa in my heart to say. Should I continue to ask Allah SWT for it or is this feeling a sign that I should stop?
