It’s not for everyone. At times, the writing can feel contrived and overly optimistic.
Also, warning: if you are someone who suffers with a chronic illness you might find yourself pushing back on some of her ‘treasures’ and recommendations.
However, I think most of us can take something away from this- even if it’s a simple reminder to touch grass and socialise more.
